Brian Walters joined the A's in the 2001 season. Brian found immediate playing time at second base due to the retirement of a couple players."Wally's" first experiment in the New Prague tournament earned him his first "Bar" experience.He was tutored that evening from the famous "Billy Ray Heimkies" . Wally can be overheard talking about his cows which is his second love to baseball. Wally is a 2001 graduate of Sibley East where he was a three sport athlete and "Athlete of the year". He currently attends South Dakota State University and is a Dairy Management major. |
